Unfortunately my level of Finnish Language is poor. Well I do understand most what I read, but I can not write well. So please do not mind me typing in English?
I'm working with Car Audio Entertainemnt so will be happy if to be of help to this community!

First, you should change default language to english from "Omat asetukset", "sivuston kieli". It may be easier that way.

To be honest I have to say that this is in finnish for a reason. There are many great forums in english, swedish etc. so no need to "compete" with them or use our effort to make something someone else already has done and is working.

But I understand if someone wants to speak with finnish people especially, then this might be the best solution. However, this is the reason why there is missing some parts in the english version. Haven't really focused on it for the obvious reason, and therefore didn't know of the problem. Let's hope Chubster will fix the problem, shouldn't take too much time.

Anyway, the others seem enthusiastic about speaking english so good luck

Hi, I sort of fixed the problem.. I've taken one beer too many, so if there are som typing errors I blame it on the beer.
But you should be able to get to the Album page using English as your language on the site.
Feel free to report if there's something missing, if I find the time I'll fix it.

Welcome to the forum on my behalf as well! At least I won't mind seeing some English around here.

I bought my first Alfa this year and haven't had the chance to attend any of the forum meetings yet. Looking forward though to the first whenever that happens.

Enlighten us about your story, meaning how did you end up in Finland and what's your background with Alfas? How long have you had your Alfa and where did you buy it?

p.s. Don't wonder if you see some of us in the middle of traffic waving our hands at you... that's just the common way to greet fellow Alfa owners in public traffic .

It's a very long story how I ended up in Finland, yet I'm one of those rear foreigners who did not migrate here, but appeared to certain surcumstances. In my situation, my father had a long-term working contract in a respectfull Finnish company.

My side is that I went studeing here. Two educations, Economics and Hotel Tourism and Restaurant Managment.Lack of finnish language is due to that education was in English. Which I partly regret right now.

Mean while I lived Hollnda, worked in Cyprus and most recient in Italy.
If anyone to some point very curious feel free to pm me. I'll answer.

As up to this, I'm orginaly from Moscow, most of my blood is Ukranian and do not place any of Ryssat stereotypes on me, I do not like them myself.

As for the cars and Alfa Romeo's...First tiem i ever been driving Alfa Romeo Was a GTV Spider, THE VERY FIRST ONE tha came to Finalnd. At Alastaro...I think it was 95 or 96..since then I knew>)

Once a few years ago I used to have a Sprint which was bought from OULU >) had it for a year then sold, because was leaving Finland.
And this Summer I've recieved a very nice deal on Alfa GTV Black Lusso 1995 2.0 TS from Lappeenranta.

Interesting Story: most of the communication happned by phone and e-mail. When I came to the shop the car appeared to be NOT lusso. But I bought it anyway. Next day I came back to Hki, teh vehicel almost died....the radiator leaked out, it didi not want to accelirate no more, and some of the windows stoped responding as well as sun roof.. I went to AutoMilano (nice guys) fro a total check of the vehicle...Well I think I still have teh list of mulfunctions somewhere>) but estimated price for all that happened to approx. 6500 Euro!!

And that is why currently I have ALfa Romeo 156 2.0 TS 2001, a very nice vehicle. SPECIAL THANX to the previous Owner (whom I talked here yeaterday)>) for keeping the car in excelent condition!

but they gave me a nice price for my X ciroen xantia, so i had to go for it>)

may be u seen my X-xantia in Imatra/Lpr, the one with RED tenned windows, black/red interior, loud music during last couple of years?>)

This GTV has to be the one we call "challenge cup" prize. It had a tear in the drivers back rest...hadn't it.
